Key Pad for the FSI / USI / Wittern 3155 Combo and 3160 Snack Vending Machines. Part# is 4210951.005. The ribbon cable is an 11 pin hole connection. If machine accepts money but cant make a selection than more than likely key pad needs replaced. The connection membrane is at the top. The Key Pad is brand new!

This key pad will not work on the FSI CB500 & CB700 soda machines. That key pad is in another listing.

Please power down machine before install!

Note: Make sure your key Pad is the same Alpha - Numeric Layout (See Pic) and connection is at Top.
