For the VM010 Change Time Dollar Bill Changer. If your changer is not getting power to the board after inspecting fuse. Than it's more than likely a bad transformer. The Input is 120 vac 60Hz (Red Wire) & Output is 12vac 1670mA (Yellow Wire).
The transformer is new.
